At DTF Office, we are committed to ensuring that your custom prints and apparels are delivered to you as quickly, safely, and reliably as possible. Since every item we create is made-to-order, our shipping process is designed to balance both production quality and timely delivery. This policy provides you with detailed information about how we handle order processing, shipping methods, delivery times, and customer support so you know exactly what to expect when placing an order with us.


1. Order Processing

  • Once you place an order, our team immediately begins preparing it for production.

  • All printing is completed the following business day after your order is placed.

  • Once printing is finalized, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped on the same business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation, including tracking details, once your package has been shipped.

Example: If you place an order on Monday, it will be printed and shipped on Tuesday.

📌 Important Notes:

  • Since we do not operate on Sundays, orders placed on Saturdays will be prepared and shipped on the following Monday.

  • During peak holiday seasons or promotional sales, processing times may take slightly longer due to increased order volume.


2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We proudly ship all orders within the United States using trusted and reliable carriers. Customers can select their preferred shipping method at checkout:

  • In certain cases, shipments may be sent via USPS Priority Mail to ensure faster or more cost-effective delivery.

  • Shipping rates for UPS Next Day Air® may vary depending on the delivery location and chosen service type (Early, Standard, Saver).

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary depending on your location, weather, and seasonal demand.

  • UPS Ground: Typically 1–5 business days.

  • UPS Next Day Air®: Guaranteed delivery by the next business day, depending on the service level selected.

📌 Please note:

  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

  • During peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas, New Year), please allow additional time for carriers to deliver due to high shipping volume.

  • Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take longer and are sometimes not guaranteed within the standard timeframe.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your UPS tracking number.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time at www.ups.com.

  • Tracking information may take several hours to appear after the package has been scanned by UPS.

📌 If you don’t receive your tracking number within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@dtfoffice.com.


5. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States.

  • We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes using UPS Next Day Air® services.

  • Delivery guarantees may not apply to remote or rural areas where carrier services are limited.


6. Delays & Carrier Issues

Once your package is handed over to UPS or USPS, delivery times are no longer under our direct control.

  • DTF Office is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, labor strikes, carrier errors, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

  • If a package is marked as “Delivered” by UPS but you have not received it, we recommend:

    1. Checking with your local UPS office.

    2. Confirming with neighbors or building staff in case the package was left with them.

    3. Contacting us only after these steps have been taken, so we can further assist you.


7. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered completely and accurately during checkout.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will require additional shipping fees to be resent.

  • DTF Office is not responsible for lost packages resulting from inaccurate shipping details provided by the customer.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

While rare, if your package is lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier, DTF Office cannot be held responsible. However, we will do our best to assist you in opening a claim with UPS or USPS to resolve the issue.
