We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Change of mind after the order has been placed.
Ordering the wrong size, color, or design.
Not liking the product if it matches the description provided.
That being said, your satisfaction is very important to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and will always work with you to resolve issues that arise due to our error.
Orders may be canceled only within 24 hours of placement. After this time, your order will already be in production and cannot be canceled.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to info@dtfoffice.com with your order number clearly stated.
If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
After the 24-hour window, orders are considered final and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Since all products are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns in the following cases:
Wrong size, color, or design was chosen by the customer at checkout.
Customer changed their mind or no longer wants the product.
Requests made more than 7 days after the order has been delivered.
Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Any product that has visible signs of use or tampering.
Digital products, design files, or any non-physical items.
Please review your order details, size charts, product descriptions, and design previews carefully before placing your order to avoid any issues.
We want you to receive exactly what you ordered, in perfect condition. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Steps to follow if your item arrives with an issue:
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact us at info@dtfoffice.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide:
Your order number
A detailed description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product.
Resolution options:
Replacement: We will print and ship a new product at no additional cost to you.
Refund: If a replacement cannot be provided, we may issue a full or partial refund depending on the situation.
Note: If you fail to notify us within the 7-day window, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.
Refunds are only granted in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
If a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original method of payment.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account. However, processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if part of your order is correct and part is defective.
We do not issue refunds for expedited shipping charges unless the product itself is defective or incorrect.
To ensure a smooth and fair process, we kindly ask that all customers:
Verify that order details (size, design, shipping address) are correct before submitting an order.
Use the provided size charts and product descriptions when making a purchase.
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if there is a problem.
Respond promptly with the requested information (photos, descriptions) when submitting a claim.
Keep in mind that colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings, and minor differences are not considered defects.
